The challenge
A research customer required a substantial quantity of Ocrevus. Fulfilling the order involved assembling supply, resolving quality-documentation requirements and coordinating a temperature-controlled international shipment.
The assignment encountered setbacks. Some packs required replacement following QA review of outer-packaging condition. The customer also required complete batch documentation, while export approvals, flight availability and destination arrangements affected the execution schedule.
GNH’s response
GNH coordinated its sourcing, QA, sales and logistics teams to move the order forward. The team arranged replacement supply, completed assembly of the required quantity and worked through the customer’s documentation queries.
Execution required repeated coordination with the customer’s procurement and customs teams. Shipping documents were revised, delivery responsibilities clarified and an available destination airport agreed. The logistics team specified a 2–8°C handling plan with validated packaging and temperature monitoring.
The outcome
GNH assembled the full order and progressed it through quality review, document coordination and final air-waybill issuance for international shipment.
The assignment illustrates the practical work behind complex pharmaceutical sourcing: responding to setbacks, aligning several teams and resolving product, documentation and transport dependencies together.
