The challenge
A clinical-research customer needed Nplate for an ongoing trial, with a firm delivery requirement. The order required coordination across product sourcing, quality documentation, payment and temperature-controlled international transport.
Documentation became a significant part of the assignment. The customer needed suitable quality records for its review and customs clearance, including clarification of a batch-release certificate requirement.
GNH’s response
GNH coordinated sourcing, quality assurance and logistics around the customer’s study needs. The team assembled the required quantity, shared product information and worked through the documentation queries, including revised certificates of analysis.
In parallel, the logistics team arranged transport under a specified 2–8°C handling plan, with validated packaging and a data logger. Sales, QA and logistics coordinated the remaining steps needed to release the shipment.
The outcome
The customer received the supply on time, and the BRC issue was resolved, as confirmed by GNH’s business owner.
The assignment demonstrates the importance of managing clinical-trial supply as one connected process: securing the medicine, resolving documentation requirements and coordinating delivery against the customer’s operational deadline.
