X-Iop

X-Iop (Latanoprost) is an eye drop used to treat high pressure in the eyes, often associated with glaucoma or ocular hypertension. This prostaglandin analog helps reduce fluid buildup to maintain eye health. Suitable for adults and some pediatric patients as prescribed.

Latanoprost is primarily used to lower intraocular pressure in conditions like open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. It works by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor, the fluid inside the eye. This medication is typically prescribed when other treatments are ineffective or unsuitable.

X-Iop may cause a gradual change in eye color, as it can darken the iris over time. Some users report temporary blurred vision or mild eye discomfort after application. These effects are usually mild and tend to diminish with continued use.

Store X-Iop at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Avoid touching the dropper tip to prevent contamination. Discard any unused medication after opening the bottle as directed. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

No significant drug interactions are widely reported with latanoprost. However, other eye medications should be used at least 5 minutes apart to avoid dilution effects. Always inform your healthcare provider about all medications you are using.
