Terramicina (oxytetracycline hydrochloride) is used to treat bacterial eye infections such as conjunctivitis and blepharitis. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria that cause these conditions. This medication is applied directly to the eye to provide targeted treatment. Terramicina is not for viral or fungal eye infections.

When applied as directed, Terramicina helps reduce redness, swelling, and discharge associated with eye infections. Users may notice improved comfort and clearer vision as symptoms subside. Some people experience temporary mild stinging or blurred vision after application. These effects typically resolve quickly.

Keep the bottle tightly closed and avoid touching the dropper tip to prevent contamination. Do not share this medication with others, even if they have similar symptoms. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before applying Terramicina and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting. Discard any remaining solution after the recommended treatment period.
