Приорикс is used to vaccinate against measles, mumps, and rubella in children and adults. It provides immunity by stimulating the body's natural defenses to recognize and fight these viruses. The vaccine is recommended for routine childhood immunization schedules and for travelers to regions where these diseases are prevalent.

After vaccination, the body begins producing antibodies to protect against measles, mumps, and rubella viruses. Some individuals may experience mild reactions at the injection site, such as redness or swelling. These effects typically resolve within a few days and indicate the immune system's response.

Keep the vaccine refrigerated between 2°C and 8°C (35°F and 46°F) and protect it from light. Do not freeze. Before use, check the vial for discoloration or particles; discard if present. Inform your healthcare provider of any allergies or previous vaccine reactions.

Concurrent use with other live vaccines should be spaced appropriately unless directed by a healthcare professional. Immunosuppressive therapies may reduce vaccine effectiveness. Antibody-containing blood products should not be administered within 3–11 months of vaccination, depending on the product.
