Humex Rhume

Humex Rhume is an over‑the‑counter oral medication that combines chlorphenamine maleate, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and paracetamol. The product is formulated for symptomatic relief of common cold and flu, targeting nasal congestion, headache, fever and sore throat. It is marketed in the European Union and sold without a prescription. Each dose delivers a combination to reduce inflammation, ease breathing and fever, while the antihistamine helps control runny nose and sneezing.

Humex Rhume is indicated for temporary relief of multiple symptoms that commonly accompany upper‑respiratory infections such as the common cold or influenza.
