Gripex Noc

Gripex Noc is an oral combination medication that contains chlorphenamine maleate, dextromethorphan hydrobromide, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and paracetamol. It is marketed in the European Union as an over‑the‑counter product for temporary relief of multiple cold and flu symptoms. The formulation combines an antihistamine, an antitussive, a decongestant and an analgesic in a single tablet. Each dose is intended for adults and children over a specified age, following label directions.

Gripex Noc is indicated for short‑term relief of several common cold and flu manifestations.

Use with caution: - Beta‑blockers, as pseudoephedrine may reduce their effectiveness. - Anticoagulants, because high‑dose paracetamol can affect platelet function. - Antihypertensive drugs, since pseudoephedrine may counteract blood‑pressure control. - Alcohol, which can increase liver strain from paracetamol.
