Беринерт (C1 Esterase Inhibitor Human) is a subcutaneous therapy for hereditary angioedema. Used to prevent and treat swelling attacks in adults and adolescents. Available as a sterile, lyophilized powder for reconstitution. Suitable for home administration under medical guidance.

Беринерт is indicated for routine prophylaxis against hereditary angioedema attacks in patients aged 6 and older. It is also used for on-demand treatment of acute swelling episodes affecting the face, abdomen, or upper airway. The medication works by replacing the missing or dysfunctional C1 esterase inhibitor protein in the bloodstream.

After administration, Беринерт helps restore normal protein levels, reducing the frequency and severity of swelling episodes. Users may experience improved daily functioning and fewer emergency care visits. Effects vary by individual and should be monitored by a healthcare provider.

Store Беринерт refrigerated at 2–8°C (36–46°F) and protect from light. Do not freeze. Reconstitute only with the provided diluent and use immediately. Discard any unused solution. Follow aseptic technique to prevent contamination during preparation and injection.
