Димиста Експрес is used to relieve symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older. It helps reduce nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose and itchy nose. The combination of azelastine and fluticasone works together to address multiple allergy triggers. It is not intended for asthma or other respiratory conditions.

Users often notice reduced nasal congestion within hours of first use. Sneezing and itchy nose symptoms typically improve over the first few days. Some people experience a mild, temporary bitter taste or mild nosebleed. These effects are generally short-lived and do not affect most users.
